Our 0.30% sits on top of the processor's sticker price
It is a blended rate, not a replacement. On Stripe's list pricing that works out to roughly 3.2% for US domestic card payments (2.9% + 0.30%) and 4.7% for international payments (4.4% + 0.30%), plus the processor's fixed per-transaction fee.
